Our Disability Support Services
Personal Care
We ensure our participants receive the best support and supervision of day-to-day personal living tasks, specifically in terms of personal hygiene. This includes showering, dressing, toileting and hygiene.
Allied Health
We can offer and provide services to our participants which are focused on health such as Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Dietitian, Occupational Therapy, and Remedial Massage. We are committed to help our participants in good health.
Transport
We provide a reliable and safe mode of transportation to our participants who may need to travel to medical appointments, or for personal appointments such as social outings, errands or shopping.
Domestic Support / Housekeeping
We can assist with many of the domestic duties, including paying bills, meal planning/ preparation, general cleaning and other activities that maintains an orderly, clean, tidy and safe living environment for our participants and ensures their wellbeing.
Nursing
We can provide assessment, monitoring and surveillance, medication and prescription management and administering of injections, surgery, wound and injury management and care, PEG and NGT Management and more. We offer them our professional team, who are highly trained and have a range of specialist skills and experience in many support services.
Companionship & Socialisation
Our caregivers provides companionship to our participants throughout the day and night, including accompanying them to special events, lunches and morning/ afternoon tea, walking, exercising, reading and assisting with correspondence and technology.
Respite Care
We provide the primary caregivers a short-term relief, allowing a brief period of giving them time for a much-needed break or for when an emergency relief is needed.
The primary caregivers can rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends while ensuring our participants will still have the assistance and support they need.
Private Support
We offer privately funded in-home services for our participants who may need the support urgently or are waiting for government fundings but need the care services. This option also gives our participants flexibility as they can customise the care they receive according to their liking and situation.
Post-Hospital Support
For participants wanting post-hospital support, we ensure that our caregivers can provide the necessary support and assistance they need for a easier and comfortable recovery, and helping them regain their health and independence soon.
Participants with a Severe Injury from a Motor Accident or at Work
We at Ezi Solutionz Support Services ensure our participants are given the support they may need for their recovery. From providing emotional support to assisting with physical therapy, we aim to give them a smoother recovery process and ultimately help them regain their mobility, strength and independence.
End of Life Care
We hope to provide our participants comfort and support during the difficult road ahead of them. We offer physical, emotional, and social support for our participants and their families. We also ensure the experience can be as comfortable as possible by managing any pain and other symptoms.
